Home education requirements are not the same everywhere.
Home education is regulated by individual Australian states and territories, and registration, planning and reporting requirements can differ. Home Ed by Design aims to take relevant jurisdiction requirements into account where they form part of the agreed service, but parents remain responsible for meeting the legal requirements that apply to their family.
